What is the return policy?

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at orders@wingsforkids.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at orders@wingsforkids.org.

What are the shipping options?

  • The shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order at checkout. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

  • We do not ship outside of the United States. Contact us for any international orders. We will try to accommodate your request.

When will I receive my order?

  • Your order should be received within 7-10 business days. You will receive updates to your order via the email address you provided to us.

I’ve only received part of my order. What should I do?

  • Some items are shipped separately. You'll get an email every time any items of your order are shipped.
  • Your email notifications about your shipment will provide specific information about which items have shipped or if your order has been split into two separate shipments.

What would I do if I never received my order?

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

  • Changes to orders can be made if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been placed into fulfillment status, changes can not be made. Contact us at orders@wingsforkids.org or by phone 843-352-3361 as soon as possible if you need assistance with making changes to your order.

Where are you located?

  • Our Wings for Kids headquarters are located at 476 Meeting Street Suite E Charleston, SC 29403. Orders placed for local pickup should arrange to claim their order at this location. Note: Please contact us to arrange your order pickup.
  • Our fulfillment center is located at Printful Warehousing & Fulfillment 11201 Ed Brown Rd. Unit A Charlotte, NC 28273. Note: Orders can not be retrieved from this location. 

Does my purchase count towards a tax-deductible donation to WINGS?

  • No. While your purchase of Wings products does help us support our mission, it is not considered a tax-deductible donation.
